BAUA - Baltic Architects Unions Association launches a website to inform about joint architectural activities, collaborative events and host 8 years of Baltic Student Awards participants' works.
The website serves as a business card and archive for BAUA and was designed to provide high accessibility, prioritise legibility and quick loading times with minimal design elements. BAUA consists of Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian Architects' unions with a shared goal to promote baltic architecture on the global stage. balticarchitecture.com features six sections – Student Awards, Participation in UIA, Events, News, Architecture Universities and contacts section. Each header provides website visitors with in-detail information on BAUA's role in the international representation of Baltic architecture, certified higher education institutions in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania and contact information for the current BAUA president office.
Development of the website was supported by the Cultural Endowment of Estonia, Latvian State Culture Capital Foundation, Lithuanian Council for Culture and industrial partners KNAUF and VELUX. Main design partners Matijs Babris from SIA C2D and Anton Radionov.
